2. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., San Francisco, USA. When you visit the website, the host processes technically necessary data, in particular your IP address, date and time of access, the page requested, browser type and operating system. This data is required to provide the website securely and reliably.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and functioning website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Netlify, Inc. is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, so data is transferred to the USA on the basis of the European Commission’s adequacy decision (Art. 45 GDPR). In addition, Netlify’s data processing agreement includes the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 GDPR).

3. Booking enquiries

If you contact us by email or via the booking form, we process the data you provide (name, email address, event date, venue and your message) in order to handle your enquiry and, where applicable, prepare an offer. Form submissions are received by our host Netlify (see section 2) and forwarded to us by email.

The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We store your enquiry for as long as necessary to handle it, and beyond that only where statutory retention obligations apply.

4. Fonts

The font used on this website is loaded locally from our own server. No connection is made to Google or any other font provider.

5. Cookies and analytics

This website does not use cookies or advertising. To understand how the website is used, we use Plausible Analytics, provided by Plausible Insights OÜ, Estonia (EU). Plausible works without cookies and does not store personal data such as IP addresses. It collects only aggregated information, for example the number of visitors, the pages viewed, the referring website, the country, device type and browser, and clicks on buttons and links. No individual visitor profiles are created and the data is processed exclusively within the EU.

6. Links to social networks

This website contains simple links to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, SoundCloud, YouTube and Spotify. No plugins are embedded, so no data is transmitted to these providers when you visit this website. Only when you click a link do the privacy policies of the respective provider apply.
